RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Amish Crafted are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title to such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Variations of such things as color and grain of wood are inherent in the handcrafted manufacturing process. Amish Crafted attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of its products. However, Amish Crafted does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Amish Crafted in unused condition.

PRICING

All listed prices are subject to change Amish Crafted cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite Amish Crafted's best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, Amish Crafted will, at its sole discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting this Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Amish Crafted.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your use of this Site or the products you may purchase through this Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Rochester, Minnesota, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated Amish Crafted's copyrights or trademarks, Amish Crafted may seek injunctive relief in any state or federal court in the State of Minnesota, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party agrees to pay one-half of the cost of any arbitration.
